After overcoming setbacks in 2025, Lucky White Goods is entering 2026 with renewed energy and ambition. We are expanding our ICT Sales Department with fervor and are seeking a driven, outgoing, and results-focused ICT Sales Representative to join our growing team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the ICT Business Development Manager, this position is based at :

Unit 1 / 1 Industry Street, Malaga, WA 6090, Australia

The ICT Sales Representative is responsible for developing and converting sales opportunities into successful sales of computer hardware, software, and ICT services.

Visa Sponsorship :

This position is eligible for Australian work visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and maintain a database of prospective business clients through trade directories, market research, and other lead-generation sources
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s ICT offerings, competitor products, and prevailing market conditions
  • Conduct visits and meetings with existing and prospective clients to identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities
  • Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate ICT hardware, software, and services to meet their business needs
  • Actively promote Lucky White Goods’ ICT products and services to both new and existing customers
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and credit terms, finalise contracts, and accurately process sales orders
  • Coordinate the delivery of products, installation of equipment, and implementation of ICT services
  • Provide regular reports to sales management on sales results, pipeline activity, and market feedback
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships by following up post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing modifications, and resolving any issues
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of business-related expenses
Essential Requirements
  • Educational qualification equivalent to an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher
  • Professional-level English (written and spoken) – this is a deal breaker
  • Proven experience in ICT or technology sales
  • Work references that clearly demonstrate strong sales performance and the ability to close deals
  • Outgoing, confident personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
