A growing diversified industrial group based in New South Wales is seeking a qualified ICT Business Analyst to join their expanding team. The role involves acting as a liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, assessing processes, and overseeing project completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with technical solution projects, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A salary range of $76,515 to $100,000 is offered, negotiable based on experience.

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager the Business Analyst is the conduit between the technology teams / vendors and the business to assist in identifying and implementing organisational changes whether they be process systems products or in some cases regulatory changes. The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between technical specialists project managers and executive leadership groups ensuring that solutions are effectively defined and delivered.
You will work with key stakeholders in any area of an organisation to assess processes determine and define requirements and implement validated recommendations.
This role oversees the development and completion of projects and will oversee members of project teams to keep them on task. This role will also balance competing demands to ensure project objectives are achieved to deadlines as well as on budget and delivered to a high-quality output.
Salary range starting from base $76,515 negotiable dependent on experience.
