Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
• Support the Kitchen Manager and lead by example in store maintenance and OH&S.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure high service standards.
• Assist with stock control and contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality and consistency in a high-volume kitchen.
• Assist with stock levels and comply with OH&S policies at all times.
• Support and communicate with the Kitchen Manager to drive restaurant performance.
