Job summary

Hype DC at Macquarie is seeking a Christmas Casual to join our premium sneaker team during our busiest season. You’ll help customers find their perfect kicks, unpack stock and pack online orders, while delivering an energetic, customer‑focused shopping experience.

If you love sneakers and fast-paced days, you’ll fit right in. We value teamwork, positivity and a can‑do attitude, with opportunities to stay on after the season and enjoy staff discounts across Accent Group brands.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• Full availability fromOctober 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
