Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is looking for a Hygiene Service Technician to cover Toowoomba, Stanthorpe, Warwick and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for washroom hygiene services and maintaining products and cleaning routines.

The role offers a fully-equipped van, bonuses, uniform, training, and ongoing development to support career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Australian driver’s license.
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
• Cleaning or related industry experience.
• Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide washroom hygiene services, including maintaining products and cleaning routines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client sites and stakeholders.
• Travel across Toowoomba, Stanthorpe, Warwick and surrounding areas to service clients.
• Complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks as part of recruitment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a Permanent Full time basis, to cover Toowoomba, Stanthorpe, Warwick and surrounding areas.

As a Hygiene Service Technician, you will be responsible for washroom hygiene services, including providing and maintaining products and cleaning services.

What we do need from you is:

• Current and valid Australian driver's license
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia
• Cleaning or related industry experience
• Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
• Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
• Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
• High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
• An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Initial safety parameters
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
