Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in Diesel, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter.
• Hydraulic cylinder overhaul and diagnostic experience.
• Field service experience with ability to prepare clear service reports.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and write reports.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on weekend call-out rosters when required.
• Valid Driver's Licence and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform workshop work including cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing.
• Attend site for initial diagnosis and assessment.
• Determine actions to get machines operational, including repair or replacement.
• Undertake site installations and commissioning of new systems.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance on hydraulic equipment.
• Work safely and comply with WHS procedures.
