Job summary

Bluefin Company Limited is seeking a Data Reporting Consultant – Financial Crime in Sydney. The role is hybrid, 3 days on-site per week, for a 12-month contract, with a day rate of $1064 including super.

You will develop SAS scripts, validate data from multiple sources, and deliver automated reporting for regulatory needs. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in analytics or reporting, strong SAS/SQL skills, and the ability to present clear stakeholder insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable analytics or reporting role.
• Advanced SAS and SQL programming skills (must have both).
• Strong data manipulation skills across complex data and systems.
• Ability to build automated reports and clear, concise stakeholder presentations.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAS scripts and automated routines to monitor completeness, accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reporting.
• Extract, validate, transform and load data from multiple source systems
• Design and deliver automated reporting and metrics for stakeholders
• Support, maintain and enhance existing systems and controls
• Engage with Business Divisions and the Financial Crime Transformation team to improve reporting performance
