Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Category Specialist to join our Procurement team. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll operate in a hybrid role, owning end-to-end category management for defined sub-categories and leading sourcing strategies and contract lifecycles.

You will partner with stakeholders across Marketing and Corporate Services to reduce costs, drive process improvements, and champion sustainable procurement practices. Coupa experience and strong stakeholder skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in category management, sourcing, or procurement.
• Proven track record in developing commercial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and contract negotiations.
• Experience with Coupa and other e-purchasing platforms.
• Analytical with ability to interpret spend data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead category development, sourcing strategies, RFxs, contract negotiations, and SRM for defined sub-categories.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to apply Procurement Policy.
• Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Champion sustainable procurement practices.
