Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking a customer-focused sales assistant to deliver outstanding service, meet sales targets and drive profitable sales growth in our Port Macquarie store. You will help customers choose home appliances and consumer electronics, answer queries, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
• Delivery quality and profitable sales according to an established budget
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver great customer service and be able to answer queries
• Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
• Monitor and assist with web orders, including picking stock and coordinating delivery
