Job summary

Workshop Software Pty Ltd in Warriewood, a Sydney-based platform for automotive workshops, is seeking a mid-senior Full Stack Developer (Rails + Angular) to join a small internal team. You will help build features across a Ruby on Rails backend and an Angular frontend for a global platform used by automotive workshops, delivered from three independent AWS regional stacks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years commercial development on both server and client sides.
• Strong Ruby on Rails experience is essential.
• Proven ability to build complex front-end interfaces; Angular preferred.
• Proficient with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Familiar with AWS and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across Rails backend and Angular frontend.
• Contribute to AngularJS-to-Angular migration.
• Integrate with accounting platforms, suppliers and data providers.
• Work within automated quality gates and CI/CD processes.
• Own code from development through to production.
