Job summary

ISN Psychology in Melbourne or Sydney is seeking an experienced psychologist to teach postgraduate programs on a hybrid basis. The role is full-time with 0.6 to 1.0 FTE considered, and remote work within Australia may be possible.

The successful candidate will teach postgraduate psychology subjects, coordinate units, contribute to curriculum design and assessment quality, and supervise honours, masters and doctoral research projects, while supporting student readiness for professional practice.

Qualifications

• Current registration as psychologist with AHPRA.
• Postgraduate qualifications in psychology.
• Ability to teach, supervise, train or support students.
• Contribution to curriculum, assessment, feedback and student learning.
• Research, scholarship, supervision or professional practice profile.
• Commitment to ethical practice, professional psychology standards, cultural responsiveness, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Teach postgraduate psychology subjects.
• Coordinate units or course programs.
• Contribute to curriculum design, assessment quality, moderation.
• Supervise honours, masters, doctoral research projects.
• Contribute to clinical education and placement learning.
• Support student development and readiness for practice.
• Develop research, scholarship or professional practice agenda.
• At Level C: academic leadership, program coordination, research collaborations.
