Job summary

Australian Red Cross in Western Australia is seeking a Manager - Programs to lead the operational delivery of the Migration Support and Community Programs portfolio across WA, ensuring safety, compliance, and value for money.

You will supervise staff across multiple projects, manage budgets, and build partnerships with government, communities, and service providers, while reporting to the Senior State Manager - Programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex community programs, preferably in WA.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and building positive relationships.
• Strong contract management, quality assurance and risk management knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and financial management capabilities.
• Working with children check and Australian drivers licence are mandatory for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across Migration Support and Community Programs in WA.
• Ensure programs are delivered safely, compliantly, and to contractual standards.
• Supervise staff across multiple projects and supervise operational performance.
• Support state priorities and provide executive reporting and budgeting input.
