Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific in Canberra seeks an experienced Network Architect to define, govern and evolve enterprise network architecture across on‑premises, cloud-connected and hybrid environments. You will provide strategic and hands‑on leadership to deliver secure, scalable network solutions.

The successful Network Architect will be offered an initial 12‑month contract with the view to be extended, based in Canberra with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Enterprise network architecture in complex ICT environments.
• Strong Fortinet and enterprise network security expertise.
• Routing, switching, load balancing, WAN and cloud networking.
• Applying ISM, PSPF and Essential Eight security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise network architectures, standards and roadmaps.
• Design and implement complex network and security solutions.
• Lead architecture governance and technical design assurance.
• Drive network resilience, automation and modernisation initiatives.
