Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a skilled MES Engineer (Mid-Senior) to join a large-scale manufacturing team in Sydney. You will design, implement, integrate and optimise MES platforms to boost production efficiency and visibility, working across stakeholders and shopfloor users.

You will analyse operations, gather requirements, configure MES solutions, and provide ongoing support from deployment through go-live, with mentoring and collaboration across project teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on MES engineering in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support MES implementation, testing, deployment and production rollout across manufacturing environments.
• Analyse operations and business requirements to design, configure, customise, and optimise MES solutions.
• Gather and document business, functional and technical requirements with stakeholders and users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate MES with enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing post-go-live support.
• Contribute to design, documentation, continuous improvement, and mentoring where required.
