Job summary

The Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing (ORSR) is seeking a Development Coach, Swimming to lead daily coaching and progression of nationally identified swimmers, including para athletes, within the SASI program. You will work under the Head Coach, Swimming to optimise athlete development using SASI facilities and resources.

You will coordinate talent identification, support pathways, and ensure coaches align with national performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in swimming at a high-performance level with both able-bodied and para athletes.
• Relevant coaching certifications and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coaching, development and performance progression of pathway athletes.
• Deliver a high-quality daily training environment using SASI facilities and support services.
• Coordinate talent identification and development activities with partner organisations.
