Job summary

BizCover, Australia’s leading online business insurance service, is expanding its experimentation team in Sydney. You will build production-grade web apps using React and TypeScript, implement and manage A/B tests with modern platforms, and ensure fast, accessible experiences.

You’ll collaborate with data analysts and engineers to measure outcomes accurately, promote winning variants, and refine testing processes. A hybrid role with three days in a Sydney CBD office awaits committed developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial React/TypeScript experience.
• Proven experience building production web apps in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js preferred.
• Hands-on with A/B testing or feature-flag platforms.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Build A/B and multivariate test variants in React and Next.js (TypeScript).
• Integrate and configure the experimentation platform with feature flags, targeting, rollout and cleanup.
• Promote winning variants to production-quality code and remove the rest.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst to ensure tests are measured correctly.
• Keep pages fast and accessible with unit and end-to-end tests on experiment code.
• Help define team processes for turning ideas into tests and executing them.
• Propose next tests based on code insights and results.
