Job summary

A prominent consultancy firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the program that designs and embeds data standards and frameworks within a complex social services system. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project planning and stakeholder engagement, translating analysis into actionable recommendations, and co-designing with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders. Qualifications

• Experience with social services data and experience in data analytics/business improvement.
• Proven skills in leading cross-functional teams and delivering change.
• Experience co-designing with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders preferred.
