Job summary

Apm-Group is seeking a Data Engineer to join the data team, delivering scalable, secure enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will design data pipelines, models and reporting components to empower analytics and data-driven decisions.

As part of a collaborative team, you will manage ingestion, transformation, and governance across Bronze to Gold data layers, while contributing to platform modernisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and support data pipelines and integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support data solutions with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse).
• Develop batch and streaming data pipelines from various sources.
• Create data transformations using SQL, Python and PySpark.
• Implement Medallion Architecture across Bronze, Silver and Gold layers.
• Support Power BI datasets, dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Monitor data quality, performance, security and lineage.
• Document mappings, runbooks and technical standards.
