Greater Western Water Limited is seeking a strategic cyber security governance lead to drive risk, compliance and reporting across information technology and operations. You will partner with technology and business leaders to embed security-by-design and mature the organisation's cyber program.

The role offers a hybrid work model from Footscray with a focus on governance, assurance, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated infrastructure environment.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in cyber security governance, risk, compliance and assurance.
• Experience implementing NIST CSF, VPDSS and PCIDSS with maturity assessments and remediations.
• Knowledge of SOCI Act and CIRMP obligations for critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead security governance, report cyber risk metrics to execs and Board.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and continuous improvement of cyber security governance framework.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, treatment and monitoring across tech and OT.
• Drive compliance, audits and regulatory obligations with remediation delivery.
• Develop meaningful cyber security reporting, metrics and dashboards for executives and Board.
• Champion awareness and behavioral change to strengthen security culture.
