NRAR, part of DCCEEW, seeks a Communications Officer to craft engaging strategies and content to build trust in NSW water regulation. You will manage NRAR’s media office, develop content, and provide strategic communications advice in a collaborative, results-focused team across NSW.

The role covers media relations, brand development, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid work options and a salary range from 116,981 to 129,492 AUD plus super. Temporary until mid-2027.

Formación

• Proven experience developing and delivering communication plans, campaigns and content across multiple channels.
• Proven experience in media relations and brand development.
• Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
• Well-developed project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
• Experience using contemporary communication tools, channels and analytics to improve audience engagement.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience working in government, regulatory, environmental or public sector environments will be highly regarded.
