Job summary

Northern Health is looking for a Systems Engineer - Cloud and Virtualisation to join the ICT Infrastructure team in Melbourne. You will design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot the hybrid cloud and virtualization stack to deliver high availability that supports patient care.

The role also focuses on BAU service delivery and 3rd level support for on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with the wider Digital Health team.

Qualifications

• Experience and good working knowledge of Cloud and Virtualisation technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, work autonomously and work in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Server stack, including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI, DFS, IIS etc

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the hybrid cloud and virtualization infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Deliver BAU services and provide 3rd level support for on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
