Job summary

MACRO Recruitment is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to install, service and maintain advanced air conditioning and refrigeration systems for premium residential and boutique commercial environments in Melbourne's northern region. Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, possess strong diagnostics and repair skills, and are Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

Certificate III or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
Strong diagnostic and repair skills for complex HVAC applications.
Demonstrated experience with installation and servicing of sophisticated HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Must hold at least Permanent Residency status.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain a variety of air conditioning systems including ducted, split, and compact ducted solutions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems for premium residential and boutique commercial environments.
Travel to various metropolitan job sites within the northern sector.
Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects meet quality standards.
Provide professional technical advice and support to clients.
Maintain personal tools, vehicle, and work gear; uniforms provided by the company.
Hours typically start early and run through mid-afternoon; additional hours and weekend shifts may be available.
