Job summary

CBRE is seeking a roaming HVAC technician to support multiple locations across Sydney. You will perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, build strong client relationships, and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role offers an hourly rate with vehicle provided and overtime, within CBRE GWS Local.

Ongoing training and career pathways are available. You will operate within a close-knit on-site facilities maintenance team, adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC industry.
• Understanding of OH&S requirements.
• Trade qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant licenses/registrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
• Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive service reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
