Job summary

Airmaster is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our Sunshine Coast team in QLD, delivering commercial HVAC services and fault diagnosis across client sites. You will install, maintain and repair HVAC systems, troubleshoot with BMS/Automation platforms, uphold WHS standards, and collaborate to meet project timelines while keeping clients satisfied.

Mandatory industry licenses and strong communication skills are essential, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience required.
• Ability to navigate, understand & troubleshoot BMS/Automation platforms.
• Strong WHS knowledge and continual improvement mindset.
• Ability to perform HVAC installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot to provide effective solutions.
• Ensure safety regulations and industry standards compliance.
• Collaborate with team to meet client goals and project timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Navigate and troubleshoot a range of HVAC systems.
• Possess all mandatory industry licenses.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated Commercial HVAC experience.
• Ability to navigate, understand & troubleshoot using a variety of BMS / Automation Control Platforms
• Strong understanding of WHS and continual improvement processes
• Ability to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and meet client expectations
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Have an ability to navigate, understand and troubleshoot an array of HVAC systems
• Possess all mandatory industry licenses
