CV Services Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician for a permanent full-time role based in Brisbane (Hendra). You will service and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial and critical sites, delivering planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

This position offers an ongoing on-site role with competitive hourly pay, overtime, an on-call roster, a vehicle allowance or company vehicle, and a strong team culture

The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our CV Asset Services team, based out of Hendra. This is a permanent, full-time maintenance role working across multiple key client accounts — including large commercial and critical infrastructure sites across Brisbane. You’ll be doing what good HVAC techs do best: keeping systems running, fault-finding, servicing and delivering quality maintenance work without chasing short-term jobs. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working with a solid team on long-term contracts, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across commercial and critical facilities
• Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Providing practical, customer-focused solutions to key clients
• Working safely and efficiently in line with standards and site requirements
• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and your wider team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Hands‑on refrigeration experience
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Safety‑focused with a good attitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Licences & Tickets (Essential)

• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• QBCC Licence
• C-Class manual driver’s licence
