Job summary

UGL is seeking HV Technicians to support the Wheatstone Upstream turnaround off Onslow. You will join a multi-discipline team delivering maintenance, electrical, instrumentation and access services for brownfield work.

The role features 12-hour shifts on an approximate 35-day duration, with mobilisation planned for October 2026 and a completion bonus on offer. Candidates must have offshore qualifications and Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Offshore electrical/industrial hands required with relevant licences.
• Must hold WA A Grade Electrical Licence and Construction White Card.
• HV Switching competencies and safety training up to date.
• LVR/CPR and TBOSIET/CA-EBS current within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical and access services during turnaround.
• Work on a 12 hour shift pattern offshore.
• Contribute to safe execution of brownfield works.
• Support mobilising in October 2026 and completing approx 35 days on site.

UGL have an opportunity for experienced HV Technicians to join our team off the coast of Onslow on the Wheatstone Upstream platform for the October 2026 Turnaround / TAR.

You will be part of a team delivering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and access services for maintenance, plant turnaround and brownfield execution services.

About you

• Construction White Card
• WA A Grade Electrical Licence
• HV Switching (issued within 36 months)

• TBOSIET / BOSIET with CA-EBS (issued within 48 months)
• Australian Work Rights (Passport, Birth Cert or Visa)
