A local authority in Mudgee is seeking a Human Resources Officer for a 2-year temporary full-time position. The successful candidate will coordinate HR services, including recruitment, performance management, and learning development. Qualifications include a Certificate IV in HR and experience in generalist HR. The role offers a salary range of $77,454 - $100,209 gross annually and promotes work/life balance.
Working with the HR Coordinator who will mentor you through recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management and industrial relations.
This position is responsible for the coordination of human resources services including recruitment and selection and learning and development, performance management and industrial relations.
35 hour week, with an RDO every 4 weeks

The salary range being offered for this full‑time position is $2,979 - $3,854 gross per fortnight plus superannuation which equates to an annual salary of $77,454 - $100,209 gross plus superannuation (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience).
