Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Team Experience Partner to shape the people agenda for Wyong DC and Erskine Park operations. You will partner with site leadership to drive transformation, coach leaders and leverage data to future-proof the workforce across state and national priorities.

The role is a 15-month fixed-term contract, based at Erskine Park and Wyong DC, offering dynamic, inclusive, and empowering collaboration within a large Australian retail group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People and Culture Business Partner.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments and shifting context quickly.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Implement people change initiatives to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Partner with Site Leadership and Workplace Relations to negotiate their Enterprise Agreement.
• Deliver people strategies aligning performance, capability, engagement and improvement.
• Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline.
• Provide actionable insights on People data and coach action.
• Escalation point for urgent IR/ER matters.
• Build relationships with union partners and stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

As a Team Experience Partner you will act as a strategic collaborator for site leadership across our Wyong and Erskine Park distribution centres. You will coach and advise leaders to navigate complex problems and drive key people initiatives across the region. Within this fast-paced environment, you’ll leverage data and insights to future-proof the business, ensuring a dynamic, highly adaptable workforce that delivers on both state and national strategic priorities.

• Implement people change initiatives and strategies that attract, develop and retain talent
• Partner with the Site Leadership team and Workplace Relations to negotiate their Enterprise Agreement.
• Partner with Leaders for the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives with a commercial and continuous improvement approach
• Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline
• Provide actionable insights to Leaders on trends in People data and provide support and coaching to act on this data
• Act as an escalation point for urgent, high priority or sensitive people matters including Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters
• Build effective and productive relationships with union partners and stakeholders

Please note, this is a 15 month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a People and Culture Business Partner role with the ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on, operational approach
• Comfort in fast‑paced environments, with the flexibility to shift context quickly and maintain high momentum
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and trust to land high‑impact, strategic initiatives
• Experience with complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and negotiations is ideal
• A team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude
