Marian Catholic College Kenthurst is seeking a passionate HSIE Teacher capable of teaching Business Studies for a permanent full-time position. The role supports Years 7–12 within a device-free learning environment rollout beginning 2027. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will inspire critical thinking, collaborate with a faith-filled learning community, and contribute to a growing and supportive school culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified to teach HSIE in a secondary setting per NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Ability to teach Business Studies and align with the curriculum.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and professional growth.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver HSIE lessons for students’ development.
• Teach HSIE and Business Studies where required.
• Create a safe, inclusive and challenging learning environment.
• Adhere to assessment schedules and keep accurate records.
• DemonstratePedagogical knowledge and continuously improve HSIE teaching.
• Develop and implement differentiated learning to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing.
• Set high, achievable expectations for students and foster lifelong learning.
