Job summary

REMONDIS is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to work across our NSW portfolio, helping to uphold high safety, health, environment and quality standards across operations.

You will develop and maintain HSEQ policies, conduct risk assessments, deliver training, and support audits while collaborating with site teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in HSEQ advisory roles, preferably in waste management or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
