Qualifications

• Experience in an HSE role within infrastructure energy or utilities environments.
• Exposure to precontracts, tenders or bid support is desirable.
• A practical and grounded approach to HSE, with the ability to apply concepts in real scenarios.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Someone who understands both planning and delivery phases without needing to go into detailed specialist areas.
• A confident communicator who can keep things clear, simple and effective.
