As an HSE Advisor, your first assignment will be the Goyder Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), a critical utility- scale battery project set to double the storage capacity supporting grid stability and enabling further renewable generation across South Australia. The project includes civil works, underground electrical infrastructure, and high-voltage infrastructure such as the substation and overhead transmission line.
As an HSE Advisor, you will support site delivery across all construction activities, working closely with the Project Team and reporting to the site HSE Manager. This is a hands- on, site- based role, supporting frontline teams, driving compliance, and ensuring consistent application of the HSE Management System across civil, electrical, high- voltage, transmission and commissioning works. Strong field presence and practical engagement are key to success in this role.
