Play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, configuring, integrating, and optimising Duratec’s new HRIS system.

Responsibilities
  • Help with the design and implementation of a new HRIS system
  • Provide support and guidance to P&C colleagues and end-users on systemusage
  • Act as the superuser for the HRIS
  • Configure and customise P&C modules
  • Design forms, fields, and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Develop guides for resolving issues
  • Set up classifications
  • Manage policies and ensure compliance
  • Oversee data migration
  • Build and deliver reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify system enhancements
  • Contribute to high-impact project delivery in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
