We operate 26 hospitals and services comprising more than 3,300 hospital beds, including home nursing, disability services and social outreach programs.
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administration Manager (Workday) to lead the maintenance, optimisation and ongoing development of St John of God Health Care's HRIS (Workday). This role ensures our system operates efficiently, meets business and compliance requirements, and supports best practice across the organisation.
You’ll partner closely with Workforce, Digital & Technology and key project teams to deliver a stable, well‑governed, and continuously improving HR technology environment.
You will bring experience managing or implementing Workday within a large or complex environment, with strong knowledge of operations, system design and the integration of HR, Payroll and Learning processes. You can translate business needs into practical technology solutions and communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
With experience in project planning, delivery and risk management, you demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and change management skills. You are an effective leader who engages stakeholders confidently, and you have hands‑on Workday configuration and maintenance experience.
