You will bring experience managing or implementing Workday within a large or complex environment, with strong knowledge of operations, system design and the integration of HR, Payroll and Learning processes. You can translate business needs into practical technology solutions and communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences. With experience in project planning, delivery and risk management, you demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and change management skills. You are an effective leader who engages stakeholders confidently, and you have hands‑on Workday configuration and maintenance experience. Above all, people will be at the core of everything you do, committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.
