A major health services provider in Australia seeks an HRIS Administration Manager to lead the management of their Workday system. This role involves optimizing the HRIS, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive Workday experience along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Based in Perth or Melbourne, this is a permanent full-time position offering competitive salary packaging and flexibility.

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administration Manager (Workday) to lead the maintenance, optimisation and ongoing development of our HRIS (Workday). This role ensures the system operates efficiently, meets business and compliance requirements, and supports best practice across the organisation. You will partner closely with Workforce, Digital & Technology and key project teams to deliver a stable, well‑governed, and continuously improving HR technology environment.
You will bring experience managing or implementing Workday within a large or complex environment, with strong knowledge of operations, system design and the integration of HR, Payroll and Learning processes. You can translate business needs into practical technology solutions and communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences. With experience in project planning, delivery and risk management, you demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and change management skills. You are an effective leader who engages stakeholders confidently, and you have hands‑on Workday configuration and maintenance experience.
