Job summary

Randstad is seeking HR Drivers for early starts across Sydney suburbs. Earn $47+ per hour, plus super and penalties, with a Monday–Friday roster. Start times between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM to beat traffic and secure a steady, long-term role.

You’ll hold an HR Licence with 12+ months of driving, be fit for rig duties including occasional 30kg lifts, and maintain a clean RMS record while passing D&A and Police checks. Training is paid, with a clear path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• HR Licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
• Fitness to handle the rig and an occasional 30kg lift.
• Clean RMS driving record.
• Ability to pass D&A and Police checks.
• Experience with Side Arms and Rear Loaders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR vehicles on early shifts across Sydney suburbs (Greenacre, Eastern Creek, Campbelltown, Mascot).
• Maintain a Monday–Friday roster for consistent, long-term work.
• Assist offsiders and handle occasional lifts up to 30kg.
• Follow safety protocols and complete required checks and reporting.
