Job summary

Power Systems Australia in Melbourne is seeking a reliable HR Tilt Tray Truck Driver / Yardperson. The role combines truck driving, loading/unloading, yard maintenance and basic workshop assistance in a busy workshop environment.

The position starts on a casual basis with regular hours and potential transition to permanent full-time, subject to performance and business needs. A hands-on team is ready to welcome you.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR licence with Road Ranger competency.
• Current forklift (LF) high-risk work licence.
• Experience operating tilt tray trucks.
• Experience loading and securing heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform yard and workshop duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HR tilt tray truck to transport diesel generators and equipment.
• Load, secure and unload equipment using the tilt tray.
• Conduct local deliveries and occasional longer trips.
• Operate forklifts to move equipment around the yard.
• Maintain a clean, safe yard and workshop.
• Assist mechanics and electricians with workshop tasks.
