Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role in a fast-paced environment.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach balancing risk with business outcomes.
• End-to-end HR operations experience across the employee lifecycle at pace and scale.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of seamless HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as first point of contact, providing commercially minded guidance to managers.
• Maintain robust people data and HR systems, leveraging automation and AI.
• Support workforce planning, change programs and talent processes.
• Drive performance cycle delivery, including goal setting, reviews and rewards.
