Kelm Hire is seeking an experienced HR tilt tray driver to deliver and collect plant and access machinery across the Melbourne metropolitan area. You will operate tilt tray trucks, secure loads, perform pre-shift inspections, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a valid HR licence, prior tilt tray experience, and strong knowledge of Melbourne roads and WHS practices. A reliable, safety-conscious mindset and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.
• Experience operating hydraulic tilt tray trucks and transporting machinery.
• Strong knowledge of Melbourne metro road network and transport safety regulations.
• Commitment to WHS protocols and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate HR tilt tray trucks safely and professionally.
• Load, unload, and secure a wide range of equipment with load restraints.
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Provide customer service during on-site handovers with clients.
• Complete delivery paperwork and digital logbooks.
