BMD is Australia’s leading integrated engineering, construction and urban development business. The HR Graduate role sits on a major project in the Western Sydney area, offering exposure across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.

Graduates with a HR qualification (or nearing completion in December 2026) will work with experienced HR professionals, gain hands‑on project experience, and contribute to workforce administration, training coordination and engagement initiatives

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or be a recent graduate ready to commence an HR career.
• Open to graduates graduating December 2026.
• Strong communication skills, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Support onboarding and pre‑employment activities.
• Handle workforce administration and employee records.
• Assist with probation, employee movements and offboarding.
• Coordinate training and competency programs.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
