Fleck Earthmoving NSW Pty Ltd seeks an experienced HR Float Truck Driver to join our Box Hill team. You will operate a 10-wheeler automatic beavertail, transporting earthmoving machinery to and from construction sites across Sydney.

The role requires loading/examining machines up to 14t, strict load-securing procedures, and reliable, independent work. Immediate start offered in a family-owned, growing business.

Qualifications

• NSW HR Driver's Licence required.
• Current Construction White Card.
• Experience floating earthmoving machinery.
• Experience loading excavators up to 14t on a 10-wheeler beavertail.
• Strong understanding of load-securing and restraints.
• Able to operate beavertail machinery safely.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 10-wheeler automatic beavertail truck.
• Load, secure and unload earthmoving machinery up to 14t.
• Deliver and collect machinery from construction sites.
• Ensure equipment is restrained and transported safely.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Communicate with allocations team regarding deliveries and collections.
• Work safely and professionally on construction sites.

About Us

Fleck Group is a growing earthmoving and plant hire company based in Box Hill, NSW. We operate a large fleet of earthmoving machinery across Sydney and surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced HR Float Truck Driver to join our team.

This role involves operating our 10-wheeler automatic beavertail truck, transporting earthmoving machinery to and from construction sites across Sydney.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of earthmoving equipment, including excavators up to 14t.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a10-wheeler automatic beavertail truck
• Loading, securing and unloading earthmoving machinery up to 14t
• Delivering and collecting machinery from construction sites
• Ensuring all equipment is correctly restrained and transported safely
• Completing daily vehicle inspections and maintaining truck cleanliness
• Communicating with our allocations team regarding deliveries and collections
• Working safely and professionally on construction sites

What We’re Looking For

• Current NSW HR Driver's Licence – Essential
• Current Construction White Card – Essential
• Previous experience floating earthmoving machinery – Essential
• Experience loading and unloading excavators up to 14t on a 10-wheeler beavertail
• Strong understanding of machinery restraint and load-securing requirements
• Confident operating earthmoving machinery for loading and unloading
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage daily deliveries efficiently

Please note: This is not an entry-level driving position. Applicants must have previous experience transporting earthmoving machinery on a beavertail truck.
