Reece International Quadratics Mawson Lakes is seeking a friendly HR Driver/Trade Counter Assistant to join our trades and retail team. You’ll split your time between delivering parts, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Ideally you have delivery, retail or customer service experience, a clean HR driver’s licence, and are willing to work varied shifts. You’ll learn our systems and grow within the Reece network. We offer training, career progression, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service.
• Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Proficient with computer systems and learn new software.
• Hold a clean HR driver’s licence and be flexible to shifts.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in IQ Mawson Lakes, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to trades people and the general public as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly. Your day-to-day

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean HR driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network
