Cleanaway Waste Management Limited is seeking an experienced HR Driver at our Warrnambool depot to perform essential waste collection services across the region.

The role covers safe operation of rear lift, hook lift, and front lift trucks, daily vehicle checks, and professional customer service, with a starting rate of $34.37 per hour plus super. This full-time position offers overtime potential and a pathway within Australia's leading waste management company.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and comfortable to perform manual duties as this role can be physically demanding
• Zero Harm Safety mindset
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test

Responsibilities

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: rear lift, hook lift and front lift
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
