Action Workforce is seeking an experienced HR Driver for our client’s operation at Brisbane Airport. The role involves safe, multi‑drop freight deliveries across Brisbane and surrounds, with emphasis on accurate timing, professional presentation, and compliance with transport procedures.

The position is casual with consistent hours and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate. On‑site induction, safety training, and a supportive team environment are provided to help you

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver Licence.
• Experience in multi-drop freight deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of load restraint requirements and transport compliance.
• Demonstrated commercial truck driving experience.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
• Knowledge of Brisbane region preferred.
• Commitment to safe work practices and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries and pickups throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.
• Safely load and unload freight, including manual handling tasks.
• Conduct vehicle pre-start inspections and safety checks each shift.
• Operate handheld devices to scan, track, and manage freight movements.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and run sheets.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery locations.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
