Job summary

NLH Workforce is seeking an experienced HR Driver with labouring capabilities for a role in the Redbank Plains area. The position offers full-time hours with starting rates from $42 + super and overtime rates.

You will drive to client sites to collect tyre waste, perform deliveries, and assist with labouring tasks as required. Applicants must hold a current HR licence with proven heavy vehicle driving, plus labouring/manual handling experience.

Qualifications

• A current HR licence with proven heavy vehicle driving experience.
• Labouring and/or Manual Handling experience is required.
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake hands-on work.
• Availability for early morning starts and longer shifts.
• Waste/tyre industry experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client sites to pick up tyre waste and deliver back to the facility.
• Safely load and unload truck and manage daily vehicle checks.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and pre-start checks.
• Contribute to job variety with labouring tasks as needed.

Your duties will include:

• Driving to client sites to pick up tyre waste
• Completing collections and deliveries back to the client's facility
• Safely loading and unloading truck
• Completing daily vehicle inspections and pre-start checks

About you To be successful, you will have:

• A current HR licence or higher with proven heavy vehicle driving experience
• Labouring and/or Manual Handling experience
• Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake hands‑on work
• Availability for early morning starts and longer shifts
• Previous waste or tyre industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate
