Job summary

Labourforce in Sydney–Prospect seeks experienced HR Drivers to join our team for Sydney Metro deliveries and pickups. The role is based in Prospect, with a Monday–Friday schedule and typical hours around 7:00am–4:00pm, offering a stable, ongoing shift with potential overtime.

You will safely operate HR and MR Pantech trucks, complete delivery documentation accurately, and perform manual handling as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven driving experience.
• Current RMS driving history printout.
• A current and valid HR Driver's Licence.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Previous experience operating Heavy Rigid and Medium Rig Pantech trucks.
• A strong safety focus and commitment to compliance.
• Good knowledge of Sydney Metro roads and delivery routes.
• Ability to perform physical work and manual handling tasks.
• Reliable work ethic and professional attitude.

HR Driver – Sydney Metro Deliveries | Prospect Location

Our client is a leading Australian privately owned transport company, specialising in a diverse range of freight solutions, including specialised freight and 3PL/distribution services. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking experienced HR Drivers to join their team based in Prospect.

The Role

You will be responsible for completing Sydney Metro deliveries and pickups, ensuring freight is transported safely, efficiently, and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Predominantly 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Flexibility with start and finish times is required

Pay Rate:

• $39.00 per hour plus applicable penalties
