Every role contributes to the same goal – a cleaner, smarter, more sustainable future.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a hands‑on role supporting our operational teams, providing practical HR advice and partnering with managers to deliver positive people and business outcomes.

Working closely with our operations, you will be involved in all aspects of generalist HR, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, employment compliance and workforce support. This is an opportunity to build strong relationships, influence decisions and make a genuine difference in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

About the role:
  • Partner with operational managers to understand business priorities and provide practical HR advice and solutions.
  • Provide hands‑on support across employee relations, performance management, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.
  • Advise managers and employees on employment conditions, modern awards, enterprise agreements and HR policies.
  • Coach and support managers to effectively manage people matters, improve performance and build team capability.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities to meet operational workforce needs.
  • Assist with workforce planning, employee engagement and people‑related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information within Kronos.
  • Prepare HR reports, monitor workforce trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and associated documentation.
About you:
  • Experience in a hands‑on HR Advisor or HR generalist role, ideally within an operational, retail, industrial or multi‑site environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
  • A practical, proactive and solutions‑focused approach to HR.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence working directly with operational managers and providing clear, commercially considered HR advice.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
What we offer you:

Good people, great team – Work with practical, supportive people who look out for each other and get things done together.

Room to grow – Build your skills through hands‑on learning, development opportunities and genuine career progression.

Purpose in every load – Do work that makes a visible difference and contributes to a cleaner, smarter, more sustainable future.

Empowered to get it done – Be trusted to take responsibility, solve problems and help improve how things are done.

Attractive salary package.
