Job summary

St Francis Xavier College in Canberra is seeking a dedicated Health and Physical Education teacher to instruct students from Years 7 to 12. This full-time role offers a salary range of $94,596 to $141,638 plus superannuation, determined by years of teaching service, with negotiable start date and eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or Master in Teaching.
• ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance or eligibility.
• ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
• Accreditation with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn.

Responsibilities

• Teach Health and Physical Education to Years 7–12.
• Develop and update HPE resources; integrate curriculum changes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and digital classroom practices.
