LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is seeking a part-time Houseperson to service a 4/5 star hotel in Perth. The role runs 8.00am–4.00pm on a rotating 7-day roster.

You will distribute linen, replenish amenities, and assist room attendants while delivering guest requests with a friendly, professional approach. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in room servicing, strong communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian working rights.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Distribute linen and replenish amenities to floors.
• Assist room attendants as required and handle guest requests.
• Maintain guest room pantries and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Support team to deliver service excellence.

About the Role...

We are currently seeking an experienced, service-focused Houseperson to service a 4/5 star hotel in Perth. This role is from 8.00am- 4.00pm and applicants must have availability to work a rotating roster across 7 days.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/ Manager, you will be responsible for the distribution of linen and replenishing of amenities to floors. Assisting the room Attendants as requested and delivering Guest requests. You will also be required to maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order. Additionally, you will help answer guest requests and assist where possible.

About You...

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

You must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.
