Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to live and work onsite. You will lead a team of housekeepers, oversee daily operations, maintain presentation standards for rooms and facilities, and train staff in line with department procedures.

The role includes relocation assistance up to 700 AUD, discounted accommodation, resort discounts, on‑shift meals, access to the staff pool, gym, and Residents Club, plus growth opportunities and a year‑end incentive program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role leading housekeeping teams.

This role will see you assist in maintaining the expected presentation levels of rooms and facilities and to supervise and train employees in line with department procedures.

Key Duties

• Ensure housekeeping staff attend to the daily operational requirements of the department in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the presentation standards of rooms and facilities are maintained to the expected high standard.
• Monitor, review, and where required assist develop standard operating procedures in line with company requirements to ensure efficient workplace practices.
